Credit card:
The payment of the product is done by credit card with the protected system Paypal. The subscription with the Paypal payment is obligatory for the payments by credit card on eBay but is entirely free.

Cheque:
Payment by cheque is available by sending your payment to the address indicated below. You have to indicate your name and the n° of your booking or to provide us with a copy of the confirmation email of the purchase. We have to receive your payment within 7 days maximum after the end of the sale. If we do not receive the payment within these 7 days we will be obliged to cancel the transaction and to put the object back for sale. We would also be compeled to talk about the problem to the eBay services which are able to suspend the account of the purchaser.

You will receive an email of confirmation for the reception of the payment. Your product will be dispatched immediately after this reception.

Express transport:
Our products are dispatched to the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe and also to Australia and New Zealand.

Chronopost International is in charge of the delivery of your product. They do it with a maximum of quality and you have the possibility of following your product with the Internet tracking.

The transport prices are available in the Transport charge table.

The delivery periods are provided by the carrier and (Skis Online or Favre Sports Logistics depend of the brand name) could not be held for any delivery delay. An email will be sent to you when the product has been sent from our warehouse.

Orders received before 15h will be dispatched the same day.

IMPORTANT: It is important to check your product when the goods is delivered. In case of degradation of the product during transport it is necessary to notice it with the person who is delivering the goods. We will exchange the product or refund you.

Price:
The prices indicated for all the Skis Online products are in euro VAT included at 19.6%.

Product:
The products presented on the eBay pages by Skis Online are all available in our warehouse or in our stores.
 
Right of “retractation”:
In accordance with the french law “L121-20 Article du code de la consummation”, the consumer has seven days deadline to use his right of “retractation” without any justification and without paying any penalties, except, if necessary, the return costs.
This right can be used at the reception of the goods by the customer and the costs of return are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will then be done at the amount of the purchase price of the product less the forwarding costs.

Guarantee:
The Skis Online second-hand products are entirely controlled and serviced for the skis and snowboard in our workshop before shipping. If nevertheless a technical defect has been forgotten, we guarantee the second hand skis and snowboards during 1 year.
